Check out July athlete of the month! Cody Jarmon! 
--Cody is a full time student, and has been a CrossFit athlete and member at Sand Mountain CrossFit for almost two years. In March, Cody started eating strictly clean in addition to training 5-6 times a week. He is fueling his body with exactly what it needs to perform well in the gym and he has had amazing results! His times are faster, his lifts are heavier...and obviously he's had some serious physical results! Cody is a leading exemplar of the quote "you can't out exercise a bad diet"! Awesome work, and we are so glad you're part of our CrossFit family, Cody!
